WHY CHOOSE US

We have a wealth of experience in building single and double storey extensions as well as all aspects of renovation work. In the last couple of years we have been involved with the construction of several kit extensions and are now focusing on this new way of building. Here are just a few reasons why we’re so excited:

  • Off site manufacture reduces noise, dust and inconvenience in your home

  • Careful material management at the point of manufacture, reduces waste

  • We use the latest sustainable building products and technology

  • Our extensions are far more eco friendly compared to traditional builds

  • Our team is among a handful of builders in the Bristol area trained to erect off site manufactured buildings to the high standard required for building regulations

  • We typical build the average extension within 3 to 4 weeks, half the time it takes to build a traditional build extension of the same size

Our team

Dan has been working in the domestic building sector for over 15 years. He has operated his own company for 12 years and recently changed the name to focus on eco friendly building

in the Bristol area. Dan and his team are proud to be greatly reducing the carbon footprint on future projects in Bristol whilst maintaining the high standards his customers have experienced in the past.

Chris has also been in the industry for 11 years and joined Dan a couple years ago. Like Dan, Chris is a multi trade carpenter and plasterer paying attention to the finer details, ensuring a quality finish.

Our workforce is made up of highly skilled professionals including certified plumbing, electrical and gas engineers. They share same values and work ethics as Dan and Chris keeping a high standard of workmanship throughout the build.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SAY ABOUT US

When we had issues with communication and organisation of trades and materials, Dan just took control, ordered materials and sorted everything. Dan and Chris worked a Saturday, started early and finished late in order for us to be able to order our kitchen, which was really appreciated.

Quality of work is outstanding. Both Dan and Chris are highly professional and polite. Would recommend these guys over and over again. Pulled out all the stops to finish work and above and beyond all my expectations when we had issues with the neighbour. Pleasure to have them in our home and will without a doubt use them again.
